When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Babu88 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees are charged by Babu88, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit amount: 200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 3–24 hours under normal conditions.
• Babu88 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Deposits made using a bonus code may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Babu88 does not accept payments from third parties. The name on your payment account must match the name on your Babu88 account. Payments from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and the transaction will be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your Babu88 account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance.

11 Termination

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided no Terms violations are pending investigation.

Babu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of serious violations — including fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling — the account balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the violation is confirmed.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of 100 BDT per month.
• Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be closed without notice.

12 Changes to Terms

Babu88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Babu88 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, Babu88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
